Terms & Conditons

By placing an order or booking services with Uneven Cracker Catering, you agree to the following terms:

 

Booking & Payments

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to your event.

  • If final payment is not received by this deadline, the event may be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.

 

Event Details

  • Final guest counts, menu selections, and event details must be confirmed by the agreed deadline.

  • Changes requested after this time may not be accommodated and are not guaranteed.

 

Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery times are scheduled in advance and may be subject to location access, parking, and venue restrictions.

  • Uneven Cracker Catering is not responsible for food once it has been delivered and accepted.

  • Delivery and set up fees may apply
     

Allergies & Dietary Needs

  • While we take care in preparation, our kitchen handles common allergens. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

 

Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, emergencies, or acts of nature.

Refunds & Cancelations

Because our offerings are custom-made and prepared specifically for your event, the following policies apply:

 

Deposits

  • All deposits (25% of the total invoice) are non-refundable and secure your event date.


Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of any payments made beyond the deposit, minus any non-recoverable costs.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are non-refundable.


Final Payment

  • Full payment is required 5 days prior to your event.

  • If payment is not received by this deadline, the event may be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.


Refunds

  • Refunds are not issued for last-minute changes, no-shows, or events canceled within 5 days of the scheduled date.

  • In the rare case of a service issue, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern promptly.
